中国动漫博物馆坐落于杭州滨江白马湖畔，建设用地约30382平方米，是国内规模最大、展品最丰富、内容最权威的动漫专业博物馆，作为十三五规划重要文化项目、浙江省“之江文化产业带”重点项目，对弘扬和传承中国动漫精神，振兴中国动漫产业，搭建中外动漫文化交流与合作平台有重要意义。
Xenario飞来飞去以动漫发展的历史时空为叙事主线，从过去、现在、未来三个层次表述“动漫让生活更美好”，以“动漫、生活”为核心，系统、深入的领悟人与动漫的互动关系，旨在将中国动漫博物馆打造成中国动漫成就的展示平台，动漫文化生活的体验中心，动漫未来发展的探索基地，将动漫IP、动漫元素融入设计，通过大型动漫艺术装置启发观众的创新思维，引导观众进入充满想象和灵感的包围式场景空间，穿越时空与不同时代的动漫作品再次相逢，带领公众步入多姿多彩的“动漫王国”，冲破时空的局限、跨越学科的界限探索动漫。
This museum is the only one of its kind in the world, offering the visitor an ambitious experience on a surface of 30,382 square meters. The exhibition will take the viewer from a global historical overview of Cartoons to the vibrant culture of today and on to an exploration of what the virtual world of Animamix might look in the Future.
